While SQL cert doesn't count as experience at least it shown intent & interest on my resume. Which SQL cert would you recommend for healthcare analyst role? Ty

If you're sure you want Data Analytics and not the other potential roles IT/CS/HIM may offer in general, why not just get a degree in Data Analytics? I also just heard of Certified Health Data Analyst, you qualify to take the test just by having a RHIT credential

You should have knowledge about excel, mainframe, US healthcare laws, health & welfare benefits - like Medical, dental, vision, disability insurance and other insurance. A bit of knowledge SQL, HRIS, Death Projects, Payroll, Cobra and retirement
