This is my experience. Three months ago I used the cream three times a week on an area of about four square inches on my left temple and cheek. I am Stage 3 Emphysema with about 40% lung function. At first no problem. Then, burning and discomfort as the redness started. I also started to feel like the Flu and pains in my left side and lower stomach. My blood Oxygen saturation dropped and I had to use the Nebulizer on three occasions. Fatigue set in and got worse as time went on. I eventually put it down to the cream. BTW, the area been treated continued to hurt and burn, scabbed up and then started to clear. I Stopped after 16 applications. My Dermatologist told me that he had another patient report some similar side effects as well. It did the job of cleaning up the cancer but was not all sugar and dandy by any means.

This man is giving a lot of misinformation. Animal fat is bad but whole food/plant based fats your body needs. Oil is very important think of your heart as the engine. Like an engine your blood, arteries and veins and heart need oil!! Dont fool yourself this man has not been educated properly on the subject

Thanks for promoting Dr. Roger’s. He’s one of the few that can compare to McDougall and needs to carry the torch now.

Hi Jeff, thanks for the introduction. I went down a rabbit hole with Dr. Rogers and it was great. I would love it if you or Dr. Rogers would address Dr. Brooke Goldner's protocol. T Colin Campbell seems to have endorsed her protocol for reversing auto immune diseases. However, her heavy use of avocado and flax is very contradictory to the McDougall RIP, Dr. Rogers, "no fat is good fat" philosophy. She swears that omega 3's and avocados can't cause weight gain. If not a video, I'd love your response in a comment, please. Thanks!

Dr. McDougall was a superb leader in proper nutrition. 7 years now I've been on the program and it fixed my high cholesterol, which was going up and up previously. It went to 210 mg/dl, with high being over 200. I took a year to get tested again but it measured 120, ideal. less than 150 is ideal. LDL was around 75 too, a very good number especially for someone without any cardiac issues. The diet also fixed high blood pressure, high resting heart rate and high weight. 7 years later, now, all are good except blood pressure diastolic is slightly high at around 83. I might be able to fix that with slightly more weight loss and more careful dietary salt control. I'm working on both.

Thanks for pointing out that these are greedy businesses that are wanting us to get sick and stay sick, that is NOT Dr McDougall. We also have to consider that everyone does respond differently to food, so what works for you may not work for me. Those continuous glucose monitors prove it, what spikes my glucose may not spike yours. Thanks

Unfortunately, he did not examine the data when promoting the use of double m.a.s.k.s and the e.x.p.e.r.i.m.e.n.t.a.l treatment; instead, he relied on so-called science. May his soul rest in peace.

@@franciscoespejo9258 I deeply admired him, and while everyone is free to choose e.x.p.e.r.i.m.e.n.t.a.l treatments, actively promoting them is something I find hard to forgive. My best friend developed heart problems, and my brother isn't feeling well as well as many children I know, due to following advice similar to his. As for the recommendation of wearing double m.a.s.k.s, I'm sorry, but despite my heavy heart over his untimely passing, I have lost all respect for him.

Sad to see him pass away but THIS is proof you DON'T want to live on a high carb diet. Henry Kissinger's favorite food was Bratwurst (sausage) and Wiener Schnitzel (fried veal cutlet). He didn't like exercise and he lived to be 100 years old. A high carb diet will kill you.
