Dr Peter Rogers is a breath of reality air!!! I was in the medical community for just over 30 years. He is telling it like it is. The Standard of Care should be restated as The Standard of Don’t Care. It’s crippled to many young well meaning physicians desire to really be able to help their patients.

Dr Peter Rogers is the best in the world. You can’t go anywhere else to learn the relevant biochemistry needed to help understand how to eat properly. I can trust a triple-board certified doctor who burned his medical textbooks and wrestled with the Schultz brothers. This guy is the no-bullshit badass of the low-fat, low-sodium, whole food vegan diet.

Jeff, any idea how John McDougall has been taken in by the climate change psyop? I am a massive fan of both you and JM since finding his talks on your channel. Went lowfat WFPB overnight nearly 6 years ago. I feel blessed. Recently, I am saddened when watching JMs more recent videos, fear-mongering with the climate scam. He has such great videos that prevent me from sharing because he drops the climate psyop. Is it worth an intervention? A video from you, a close friend? Public letter?

This is for Dr. Rogers. If you don’t believe in fascist, and communist (I don’t believe in communism either), then why believe in a deity that shares so many similarities to that of an authoritarian dictator? No one is aloud to question god. He must be worshiped, or he’ll send you to hell. And why don’t you believe in Islam, Catholicism, or Judaism? What makes Christianity so special? Wouldn’t it also be more logical to have multiple gods to keep each other in check? Who’s to stop one god from getting out of line? I respect you when it comes to nutrition, and biochemistry, but I cannot follow a fascist deity, that hides his authoritarianism behind the veil of “love”.

This contributes to decision making being based on $$, rather than the best interest of the patient. The Bible says that man is created in the image of God, and thus part divine as well as part beast; that all men are equal in the eyes of God. According to the Centre for Food Safety in Hong Kong, the following food groups provide the largest percentage of calories in the Hong Kong diet: - Cereals and cereal products (including rice, noodles, bread, and pasta): These contribute around 40% of the total daily calorie intake. -Meat, poultry, and their products: This category accounts for approximately 20% of daily calorie consumption. - Oils and fats: Added oils and fats contribute about 15% of the daily calorie intake. - Dairy products and eggs: These foods provide around 5% of the total daily calories. - Fruits and vegetables: Despite being essential for a balanced diet, fruits and vegetables only account for about 5% of the daily calorie intake in Hong Kong. Other food groups, such as legumes, nuts, seeds, and sugary foods, make up the remaining percentage of calorie intake. Most likely the life expectancy (which is not higher than the blue zones, tho the blue zones are not countries, so their longevity data has to be split out separately) has little to do with meat but much more to do with Hong Kong's: Universal healthcare Health-conscious lifestyle (prioritizing exercise with numerous parks, hiking trails and recreational facilities provided) Low smoking rates: Hong Kong has implemented strict tobacco control measures, resulting in one of the lowest smoking rates in the world. As of 2019, only about 10% of the adult population smoked, which contributes to reduced risks of smoking-related diseases. High literacy rates and health awareness: Hong Kong has a high literacy rate, and the population is generally well-informed about health matters. This awareness leads to better self-care and preventive measures. Traditional Chinese medicine: In addition to Western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine is widely practiced and integrated into the healthcare system in Hong Kong. This holistic approach to health may contribute to overall well-being and longevity. Clean living environment: Hong Kong has strict regulations on environmental pollution control and food safety. The city also has a well-developed sanitation and waste management system, which helps maintain a clean living environment and reduces the risk of infectious diseases. Social support and family values: Hong Kong's culture places a strong emphasis on family values and social support networks. This social connectedness and sense of belonging can contribute to better mental health and overall well-being.

There's research showing that, the replacement effect, and I see vegan MDs who point to that as evidence it should be added. But adding something that's 14% saturated fat (olive oil) to a healthy lowfat plant-based diet - is not the same as replacing oil with butter (63% saturated fat). Know what I'm saying?
