GVWR is about 12k on this truck, not 17k. Youll never be legal weight, already over with just a shell, let alone interior, gear, and water.

I use the same ac for the same reasons and I made an air box similar to that ....very good AC the right one to get. Low watts. You did a better job than I did ....very nice Oscar.

Have you checked your oil to see if there’s water in the engine and the transmission in the rear end? It looks like it got pretty flat so the inside probably sticking like crazy and everything’s molded it probably that’s what happens when you buy a saltwater car.

3 questions: 1- How are you going to drain the water if there's water back of the AC vent? 2- Why don't you add some spring-beds under the AC to absorb some impact of the roads? Because there's a solid intake tube there. 3- What did you do to avoid that sheet metals shear? BTW... the vehicle looks very nice.

It looks awesome driving down the road. Maybe some engine upgrades down the road. Nothing crazy like high hp but something so you can get around cars on the freeway when you need to. Just some extra hp for the added weight.

The weird uneven geometry in the printed parts is called elephants foot. the print bed is too close to the nozzle, or there’s too much glue on the bed or both lol. Once you get elephants good figured out your dimensions should be significantly better. I hope this helps love your videos man. :)

I would consider some body seam sealer in all those joints prior to installing your insulation. That stuff is made for that exact application. Its thick enough it shouldn't squeeze out onto the exterior either, like the paint did. If not at least some caulk.

For the AC. The “outside” air should actually come from inside the cabin. So you aren’t trying to cool outside air constantly. You will cool off the air you already conditioned. That’s how it works in your window at home.
