As a former murci owner i love this project. The hood actually is missing hydraulic hood struts btw. Theyre cheap and a shared part. The front bunper is missing two cone anchor points from the inside. May want to look into that. Also your sideskirts are murci gen 1 skirts , if you can get the 670 air ducts for them youll be more feature complete. Love watching you guys ❤️

There is a conversion kit that allows you to keep the original transmission and adapt it for a manual linkage

That's not going to happen, only people that have no idea what it takes to manual swap an E-Gear Murcielago say dumb things like that, to make it short, you need a complete wiring harness and ECU's from an already manual car and a lot of rare parts that are basically unobtanium.

Just watching Oscar getting that one front panel free from the frame shows how time consuming it is that you guys do. This is going to be an interesting project and definitely different from the past. Keep em coming 😊

Chris, Merry Christmas to you and the team! Oscar as usual did a great job! I just want to mention one thing, as a channel yall do a lot of work on previously crashed cars, have you thought about getting an old used frame rack? I was a autobody tech for a number of year when I was first entering the workforce after graduating from highschool. Frame racks are great because you can kind of reverse engineer the crash and straighten the sheetmetal with some tension and a bit of hammer and dolly work, it would allow you guys to save more of the original body work and structural components. I did 5 minutes of looking and you can get an old Kansas Jack Magna rack for 5 to 10K, I think that could be a big benefit to your channel.

I personally don't wear hoodies. I wear sweatshirts and would like to see you have one of those on the website. Also, here in AZ, almost no one wears black t-shirts. When it is warm enough, it doesn't last long before it gets too hot for black. It might help to have one white t-shirt with some cool graphics on it. A good quality t-shirt which is not super thin. I could buy those.

After this episode I can see the path forward just as clear as you have come too. Loving the work you guys are doing, and man can the MAN Oscar fabricate and repair! Good luck on the rest, things are looking so bright for this project!

Discovered your channel when you were finishing the engine re power on the boat. My brother lives in Astoria. It’s kinda cool when I’m driving home from work that I can see your boat in the marina. Hard to miss in the sea of white boats. lol!!! I’ve turned wrench for 32 years. Born here in Portland. Fun to watch someone in the town you were born and raised in. Since we're talking about B is for Build merch I think it'd be sick to do a hallmark shirt of where you started, and where you are now. Something like a T-shirt with the classic B is for Build, with half a car being an FR-S, and the other half being a Murcielago.

I just sit back and love watching old mate work on time laps....this man is worth 6 figures he is magic with his fab skills brilliant 👏 in fact and he is kicking along even unwell. I hope he is getting paid well for his work and effort without him this channel would suffer. Maybe he isn't the type that likes being in front of a camera talking, he should definitely consider goin on his own with KZread and this channel should help support him to do it...if he chooses too 😉 I would definitely watch his content even a know how channel I could pick his brains for hours.

Oscar’s ability to recreate what’s entirely gone is very VERY IMPRESSIVE ! It’s difficult enough to repair or replace something when you’ve got a model to follow for dimension and placement, but to create from scratch is something most people wouldn’t have the abstract ability to pull off. Well done Sir ! On a side note … when will you get back to the camper build ?

I actually like THIS kind of supercar content because this is something that a lot of us might actually be able to do if we save our Pennie’s and put in a ton of sweat equity. That’s really the only way I will ever be a supercar owner.

I also love this as I hated the awful content DDE and Houston did on the Murci and 720. So little damage, but years with insurance and japping about it being unreparaible ETC. They are such a band of crybabies compared to this.

@@natesmemes1794 i have a 86 fiero gt fastback but the frame rails are so rusted ... i bought a rust free 84 fiero frame to chop and then ill switch everything over ... it will be a lot of work but to have a rust free choptop fiero gt fastback will totally be worth it
