When i was in Prague....i had a Ticket for 72hrs....and i used to validate the ticket every single time i used Metro and Tram.😂😂the last day My single ticket was full with lots of dates and times.😂😂 i didn't know I've to Validate only once.

Trdelnik is called Kołacz in Polish. But it also appeared only in the last few years. So I don't know why they imported something, then gave it the wrong name.
I live in Czechia (have done now for 3.5 years) and all I can say is this: not even Praguers like Praguers 😅 No, seriously... everyone I've spoken to here agrees that Praguers are the most UNFRIENDLY people in Czechia... and that includes Praguers whom I've asked. If you want to enjoy the Czech Republic, try leaving Prague behind and headed out to other cities like Olomouc, Brno... or head North-East towards Ardsparch or Jesenik! The people are far more friendly, there's a lot more beauty to see out there... and you won't get illegally price-gouged at every single restaurant (the old "oh, our card machine isn't working, you'll need to use our super-sus cash machine that will charge you 5000 kroner to withdraw 500" trick) There ARE nice people in Czechia... but you probably don't want to try looking for them in Prague. Or Cesky Krumlov (Czechia's second most tourist-popular, and second most unfriendly place) Also, easy test to determine whether an establishment hates tourists: go there and order in Czech and see how much you pay. Go back and order in English, if the price doubles (or worse), you know they're assholes!

I'm from Brno and the U Hrocha pub was my favourite pub whenever I visited Prague - they take a great care of beer and the price considering the location is very reasonable. But after what I read about their attitude I must say: let's boycott it. I'm not a jew but I can't stand this kind of behaviour.

i recently walked up the hill to petrin tower and i walked past the "museum" magical cavern. my first thought was : wtf is this place in the middle of the wood . looks very creepy from the outside as well . but there was a waiting queue infront of the door with some tourists
Just visited there a few days ago. So you're saying that for goulash (guláš) one shouldn't spend less than 500 Czk? I had two goulash plates each for around 300 Czk and I thought they were great. Maybe my palette isn't refined enough to appreciate good goulash.

The original map on the clock was a Azimuthal Equidistant map, very different from the Mercator. Who cares if artist changed the original charities, the bases of the original map is far more important and the dial that use to work with the old map had to also be changed

I lived in Prague for 21 years. Still coming there to visit my parents every year. And its extremely safe city. I'm woman and I have been only afraid to walk alone in a dark parks or streets in middle of night. But its still kind of rare to be attacked as lonely woman. Have to be extremely unlucky. If you are not lonely woman you will be fine walking anywhere during the day or night in Prague. But its true people steal a lot. So just watch your stuff anywhere you go because anything you leave people will steal immediately. Like not kidding people steal even toilet paper in public toilets if they can 😂

Hello ! What do you know about the reasons they placed all the cathedrals or basilics ? Do they sit on vortex and/or telluric chimneys? I believe they all sit on one and you have others in town of these who they have added monument on it like a big round plate
