Why are the Powder tower and all three Bridge towers like sisters? The answer is Josef Mocker. The architect and preservationist who "refined" all of them. And "Lesser town" isn't totally out of the mark. Today's Malá Strana used to be called Menší město pražské (the Lesser town of Prague).

Dumplings: English dumplings are the same as Czech dumplings. Those Asian ones you show are the mistranslation. They should be called perogis.
