Would disabling this allow the engine and exhaust to sound better?

Thanks so much for the video. What does feedback sound like? I'm barely going to have my subwoofer installed. I'd like to know what to look out for. Thanks again!

Thanks man. I almost updated my speakers before the sub. I still will but I'll be using an amplifier since you recommended it.

What these videos never show is the level of effort needed to remove stuck and rusted bolts. Take every how-to video and multiply it by 10.

Probably help more if you wouldve used a wider flat head on those clips than that little bit driver that you used 😂

I’m at 46k miles on my 1.5 after 2 year buying it used with 32k miles but if I get a job is 30 miles away or an medical courier driver with the car I’m probably driving it until I have stable income for something better later on. I also might to college slightly far too so that be ton of driving. I’m also in studying for cybersecurity or somewhere in tech stuff if I can get a job in those industries with stable salary I will finally get rid of the accord.

I’ve replaced the gas pedal twice, gas pedal plug, the throttle body/TPS twice replaced fuses, and still getting the P2128 code. What else could it be? I’ve also put a different ECM in there but have yet to put in a brand new one. Could it be the ECM or something else?

shop.... I bought a new throttle body that came with sensor attached. It was cheaper than sensor by itself. 4 10mm bolt/nuts, gasket that came with it, very easy. Easier than changing just the sensor. All new gears in throttle body. Already timed. SHOP

Make sure old clips do not land between the pulley valley and the belts ... not good. One I couldn't locate ended up there, glad I saw before cranking.

THAT SHIFT FROM 1-2 AND 2-3 IS BONE RATTLING. IT FEELS LIKE THE KICKBACK FROM A CIVIL WAR CANNON. ANNND U GOTTA STAND ON THE PEDAL 2 MAKE IT ACCELERATE. IM GETTING READY TO TACKLE THIS IN AN HOUR AND I HOPE IT GOES WELL.

They lied to you !! These cars don’t have sensors in each tire like regular cars…these Hondas check the tire pressure based on the rotation and irregularities of the tire radius. So this system is more sensitive because a simple bump on the tire o just 3psi can trigger it.

Great review Sir ! I am planning on buying a mid-sized Japanese car either a Honda , Toyota and Subaru but I can't decide I am weary of Turbocharged engines but realized that the Japanese Turbocharged engines are far more reliable than the American and European cars please put my mind @ ease How reliable is the Honda 1.5 Turbocharged engines and can I keep it for a long time without too much headaches ?

To anyone watching this. After you're finished installing, be sure to pump the brakes about 3 - 5 times, until you feel the normal resistance the brake pedal usually has. Otherwise the brakes won't work.

I live in Texas so you know the nutjobs here won't go below 80mph to save their lives I can do a solid 35mpg on the highway but my total average factoring in city driving is a flat 27mpg. Not great, but to be fair, the traffic here is garbage and the drivers here are in love with their brakes and ride them all the time

Here in 2023, the 1.5t (L15 engine) is know for head gasket issues. I would pay the extra $4k to get a more reliable, longer lasting 2.0t (K24 engine). The Honda K series are known to go 200k miles or more if maintained correctly. If you need MPG, I would say get a 9th gen 2.4L NA. The 1.5t will not make it 200k miles unless you really watch it closely.
