Hello Sir I need a suggestion I'm currently using Moondrop SSR(my first IEM) which I love though I've heard some find it to be shouty or on the brighter side. Which means I'm not sensitive to peaky treble or mids. Now I'm planning to get a new IEM which is good at detail retrieval and is transparent sounding. I won't mind if it's bright or warm sounding as long as I get great details for the price alongside being transparent sounding. I've read reviews of Etymotic ER2SE is somewhat similar to what I'm looking for but it's way over my budget. I want to get a set at the minimum price possible. The max I can stretch my budget is 7-8k. I have two options in my mind considering detail retrieval in that price range, first the Simgot EA500lm but I've heard these are coloured and not transparent at all(which is why I'm hesitant to go for it) second is the Truthear Hexa which is relatively transparent and warm relaxed sounding but has good detail retrieval for its price. There's another IEM that I have my eye on is the Tanchjim 4u which isn't available in India as of now. I'm not sure if I should wait for it yo arrive or go for any other alternative. I could even go for anything between the Truthear GATE or Tangzu Wan'er Studio Edition if they're somewhat transparent sounding with good detail retrieval and offer excellent value 'cause all I want is a natural sounding transparent IEM with great detail retrieval for its price (be it brightly tuned or on the warmer side). and I'm not an audiophile I just listen to classical genre and qawwali sometimes. Please suggest me an IEM considering everything I've described above. Thanks in advance. P.s. - I don't mind if there's not enough base to make it sound balanced.

Are you from India and are you willing to buy used? If yes, I can offer you a couple of very good option around 7-8k which will deliver the best possible balance and details at that price. If you aren't , you can still try to look for a used er2se or if you want to buy new, getting the Final A3000 and A4000 will be the better option.

Very good actually, better than the QoA Aviation and similar to what the Hype 2 has. If you want technical abilities, you can consider Falcon Ultra and Fiio FD15, these aren't smooth or calm IEMs but their technical abilities are better. Falcon Ultra is kind of in the reference range but it's the best IEM when it comes to technical abilities under $250.

In that case, FD15 is not an upgrade. FD5 is more bassy and muddy. You should look into QoA Adonis New or ISN NEO 5.

Hi friend nice review. I was looking into AFUL explorer and then dunu da vinci. I own S12 regular but sometimes and higher volume is very aggressive and I most listening pop hip hop so I want more bass and smoothness treble, Da vinci is more expensive so I was looking into new Adonis do you think it will be a good choice. I don't want to upgrade is just want a different sound.

The 145 is the only planar ( 12 units) we have in our iem monitoring case, and is very popular. The gold edition has 2 cables, the 3.5 stock and the 4.4 upgrade which is a better cable. Dont know if you've heard, but there is a new Planar coming from Hidiz, the MP143. I'll be getting a test unit soon. All the best!!

By changing the upper range, our perception of the lower range changes. Was this the intention of Fiio or were our expectations the ability to influence the lower range by changing the tuning nozzles? 🤔 It is just a rhetorical question🤗Anyway, something like that. It seems to me that Fiio left us only the option to affect the upper range using the red and black tuning nozzles

I disagree with the muddy sound. I did not find that the sub base bleeds too much into the mids. This is under a hundred $.

Not very clean still, there are IEMs under $100 that are a lot better than this. It doesn't manage to keep the mid range away from the wooly bass which the Kefine Delci does. One can easily pick the new S08 or even the Ziigaat Cinno over this for a much cleaner and clearer imaging and sonics.

What tip are you using on MP145? Please try red nozzle and vocal tip configuration. I find that as the best performing combination.

@@eargasmic3060 Soundstage is one of the widest I've heard. Even larger than the Andromeda 2020. The bass is immersive like it's coming from everywhere. It gave the perception that the bass was filling up the room. The vocals on my sibilant test tracks were less worse in this combination of nozzle/tip but vocals didn't have any recession. I will wait for more comparisons and feedback on the S08. That's my experience on the MP145. I haven't even tried other non-stock tips or cables and I look forward to those experiences.

Lord knows I adore the sound of my Hidizs MP145 earphones, but unfortunately, I cannot achieve a proper seal in my left ear, and so, it is time for me to pass them on to someone who can put them to good use. And, because I am a planar magnetic driver fanatic, I plan to order a pair of these Letshuoer S08 as soon as they are available in my usual online shop (Lazada), or at least when they can be bought using discount vouchers.

It gave the perception that the bass was filling up the room. The vocals on my sibilant test tracks were less worse in this combination of nozzle/tip but vocals didn't have any recession. I will wait for more comparisons and feedback on the S08. That's my experience on the MP145. I haven't even tried other non-stock tips or cables and I look forward to those experiences.
@@eargasmic3060 Try the tips of the S08 on the MP145 and vice versa. That would be a cool way to observe if it's the performance of the S08 is internal tuning or nozzles dependent. BTW, I have an S12 since it's initial release. Thanks for your video.
Could be that the one he has is a retuned version. I heard Hisdiz decided to retune the MP145. Some reviewers have highlighted this
@@wana.me003 I'm aware but there's a recent video on the MP145 changes and their conclusion was that nozzle and tip rolling will get you the same sound as the Kickstarter release. They A/B Kickstarter vs post-Kickstarter release.

Lord knows I adore the sound of my Hidizs MP145 earphones, but unfortunately, I cannot achieve a proper seal in my left ear, and so, it is time for me to pass them on to someone who can put them to good use. And, because I am a planar magnetic driver fanatic, I plan to order a pair of these Letshuoer S08 as soon as they are available in my usual online shop (Lazada), or at least when they can be bought using discount vouchers.

Is this better than akg n5005?
I haven't heard the 5005 but have tried their N40 and 30 and they were basic at best. I don't think if N5005 was upto the mark, they will sell for this IEM initially priced at $1000 at $225.
