I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks against next year. Hope to make millions in 2024

Since risk is at an all-time high right now, perhaps you should be a little more patient and return when it has decreased. Alternatively, you can consult a trained financial expert for strategy.

A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm solvent. I looked for licenced advisors and found someone with the highest qualifications. I'm a successful and veteran investor in the US stocks market in the USA. I know less than 100 stocks like the back of my hand and making money hand over the fist. Yours naming the stocks shows that you lack the stocks picking skills. It is not too late to change your profession.

When to apply averaging down? If a stock price drops. you do not have to buy. The price may drop further. To determine the drop price, there is no ready-made formula. When a company "goes under", its stock valuation loses steam on the way, unless another company has a back door entry or buys at near liquidation price. How to surmount this problem? A better step would be to wait for the reversal of the trend. Close to winning formula, would be to buy the stock on the way up. Shore up your skills please.
