  They advertise it as 33 watt but thats only when you charge at 9v. When buying a charger look for the 5v and then the amprage (5v•3amps=15 watts

  jesus paid a big load of money to buy this chair 2 years ago with 15 years warranty, now its broken and I tried to contact the warranty team the business permanently closed. their website is completely non-responsive , such irresponsible people and company

  watching this right after i bought a cable that probably isn't the best for my phone. don't rely on retail employees' competence, they probably don't know much, and you probably won't get a refund if you get the wrong charger

  I must be below average because I still can’t get the stupid thing to work, easy is the opposite to how I’d describe the set up process. So friggin mad right now trying to set it up, and I just get smug people in Videos saying how easy it is….ggrrrr!

  I've got 2 Ambis. They worked great in 2019 but since 2020 they have been absolute garbage. Very frequent service outages, the "AI" setting the air conditioner to ridiculously high temperatures (like 26 Celsius / 79 Fahrenheit) when you tell it you are feeling hot, and completely useless customer support that can't even get your name right, much less resolve even one of your problems. Avoid like the plague.
