Which model did you choose for your starmex aircon? I have the MSY-GE18VA listed under model on my aircon but I am not able to find this particular model in AmbiClimate 2 device settings. thanks.

Hi William, we just reached out to Ambi Climate and they recommended that you message them on their Facebook page: facebook.com/ambiclimate Do include your AC Model Number and a picture of your AC Remote Control. They should get back to you within 24 hours. Hope you get it working!

Nice video but must you have a device for each AC in your home? Can you have one device for multiple ACs in different rooms?

Hi there! If multiple ACs are in close proximity, the Ambi Climate should be able to control them. However, if they are in separate rooms, you will need an Ambi Climate for each room.

I've got 2 Ambis. They worked great in 2019 but since 2020 they have been absolute garbage. Very frequent service outages, the "AI" setting the air conditioner to ridiculously high temperatures (like 26 Celsius / 79 Fahrenheit) when you tell it you are feeling hot, and completely useless customer support that can't even get your name right, much less resolve even one of your problems. Avoid like the plague.
