I've done this as well in the past. Works great. Also I will add I will do higher rep training to burnout glycogen on the low carb days. Then on the high carb days I will do lower reps heavy weight compound movements. Seems to work very well.

I read science about this years ago. What I remember, cause this is 20 years ago, is that the synthetic sugars turn into amino acids which if not used get stored as fat. Either way, whether it’s sugar or chemical crap it has the same dopamine effect on your brain. Sugars are 8x more addictive than cocaine. I’ve always thought of sugar as the real gateway drug. We give it to kids as a reward when it’s one of the most toxic substances you can put in your body. F them fake sugars though. Low sperm count, headaches, eye issues, mood changes, cancer…. There’s a lot of reasons it’s banned in Europe.

I am going to bet that 90% of Americans don't get 10k steps per day on average. Heck, I'm on an app where folks can participate at work to lower their healthcare by getting 49000 steps per week, you can see how many steps folks get, and only a few dozen out of a couple thousand employees average 70k per week.
Are we talking about sets per exercise? Or sets per workout? Im generally around 17-20 sets per workout session with 3-4 sets per exercise.
Sometime i feel like tutning off the wify could be usefull for the box, cause it just hot ass hell, and maybe cooling down it temperature could be smart to make it live longer. But turning off for our gain ? Except for domscroling at night and not sleeping ? I don't see how it would make sense
