Any place that invests more in war fare and nuclear weapons than housing the homeless or providing healthcare is a very dangerous place. It takes supposedly very smart people to create military systems to destroy a human body in fractions of a second. When resources are applied more to creating death than preserving life, that is a dangerous place.

So,the only town with decent climate doesn't have good schools. We don't care,genious-retired people don't breed. You acknowledge that seniors hate cold weather, then you blather on about a dozen towns above the Mason-Dixon Line. You are outta touch & I 'm out!

I’d love to see this video with divisions by area. There are areas of the country we have no intention of living, but many we’d like to consider.

Sad, they have to find the new immigrants that keep coming thru the boarders because the rich can't help there to busy throwing away food and gifts from last year to get ready to buy new gifts for this year.

So-called US persons have to fill in US Federal tax forms, no matter where in the world they live and work. Foreign banks are required to rat on US persons to the IRS, hence the reluctance to allow such persons to open bank accounts.

This is OLD news and pre pandemic! Now, in 2024 the picture is quite different but even in 2018, ppl were moving here to the tune of 300 per day! And now our sweet quiet country road has almost turned into a major bypass (sigh). So don’t move here! We have enough ppl already!!

The home I purchased in 2023 has appreciated by $60,000 since my acquisition. However, the downside is the diminishing value of the dollar. I am currently contemplating strategies to reinvest $300,000 in the real estate market.

I think stocks will plummet further before actually experiencing steady growth and there are still quite a few stocks that makes for a good buy this season, you just have to do your research, but to be on the safer side and not second guess your market decisions, I’d suggest you reach out to a proper investment manager for guidance, they’re better equipped at understanding market patterns/movements and adjusting portfolio to match up with these market trends.
