Seriously, who in their right mind teaches their children to kill animals? Why they do not face each other without those weapons that make them feel powerful, when in reality they are weak without them? Definitely the people of that country are sick at heart.

You're a great dad Mark!! Such fun for your little boys!! I heard from a Sushi Chef that when cleaning salt water fish, once you start filleting to not use fresh water because it immediately starts to break down the flesh of the fish, you can even visibly see the color of the flesh start to change color when fresh water hits it, and if you do need to rinse the fish a little in fresh water then you can put it into some salt water & it will firm the flesh back up. So, I'm wondering if you put the Hooligan you catch in some salt water if it will firm the flesh so they're not so mushy..? Maybe because they only come into the fresh water to spawn & they are such small fish if they turn mushy or are they always mushy? Try it out next time & let us know the results. 😊
