I love our What-a-burger in Mooresville. I heard the Texas version is coming to North Carolina soon. They are trying to get the North Carolina based restaurant to change there name. That is so sad a bigger corporation trying to make a small local business who has been around for 50 plus years change there name.

What a beautiful ship. Looks like a proper pirate ship. Safety first. Imagine sailing across the Atlantic way back when. You had to really rough it. Wow. I would be sleeping with the bilge rats. Interesting mechanism for Steering. Looks like a beautiful day! Yo ho yo ho a pirates life for me. A hammock would have been the best option. Lots to see all around the boat. Nice tour. The ship has already set sail to a new destination. The ship should return next year around June. It has docked here in Wilmington three years in a row. I was stoked to finally get on board. Thanks for watching my friend.

I grew up in Wilmington and it has changed so very much. I know where MJ’s childhood home is also. He graduated from EA Laney about 6 years before me. There used to be a basketball goal at the end of the driveway, that you could see from I 40 when you drove by. It was there for the longest time. But now it’s all grown over and due to reconstruction, it’s difficult to see the house anymore from I-40. It also looked like the basketball goal was gone when I looked at your video. The basketball goal was the end of the driveway, where those cars are parked in the video. Pretty cool stuff!

Kure Beach is a small community beach. It has a few motels and restaurants. I describe it as very chill.😉

Just returned home from Carolina Beach today. Your videos were very helpful during our visit and yes the dole whip is so good that I ate 3 of them (not all at one time) 😂

I like Reidsville, but yes....a lot of the businesses closed after the tabacco industry left. It is getting better and there is a lot of new development, but there are still a lot of shuttered businesses in town. NC is currently turing route 29 into Interstate 785 and its expected to bring a lot more industry and jobs to Reidsville. Myself and a lot of other people living near Reidsville wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

You can make the short drive to the Kure Beach fishing pier. If you fish from a pier you pay by the day. But, you don't need a fishing licenses. If you choose to fish from the shore on Carolina Beach he will need a North Carolina SALT WATER fishing licenses. I hope that helps. Great hike to the lighthouse, a nice way to get some steps. Seems the island has a lot of opportunities to grow into an even more beautiful place. Limestone cliffs give it a little adventurous vibe. I also think that the flies will settle from people treating them. It’s a wild island. Humans will typically stir that with all the development. Is that a ribbon tail ray? Great video friend.
