We use to spend every summer there~ my husband’s grandmother had a beach house. Actually directly across from the public access parking lot. We were on the canal side. I miss Britt’s donuts so much, just don’t miss finding parking in the back and walking thru that small alley lol!! Also loved shopping at Linda’s Boutique!!! Thanks for taking us on your walk!!

Love the mural on the sidewalk. It will be interesting to see it after the summer. So cool that they are filming a movie there. Maybe you and Mrs. Yeti can be extras in the movie. The lake is so peaceful looking. Enjoyed the tour.

Was in CB over the weekend and was going to grab some Bang Bang shrimp from Carolina Smokehouse but they have shut their doors! Looks like it’s being renamed but will still be a BBQ place. I hope they still have the bang bang shrimp once they reopen. Thanks for the vids Yeti!

Hey Sherry! I hope you have a fabulous vacation this summer. Some of the things we enjoy is going to the Fort Fisher Aquarium. In the evening hours we enjoy the boardwalk area for dining and entertainment. Plus you are only about 15 mins from the Wilmington Riverwalk. Thanks for watching my friend.

Growing up we would run into Brit's and get two donuts for a dollar, no wait. 😊 And the dry dock would let us swim all day with parent's permission for $5 💙🌊✨
