SURPRISING Changes to Carolina Beach Boardwalk 2024 | Discovering some of the oldest cottages
Today we will be looking at some of the oldest cottages in Carolina Beach. The homes we are looking for today have a Federal Point Historic Preservation Society Plaque. We are going to learn what the plaque means for each house. Also, we will be exploring the boardwalk area to see some of the changes that has taken place over the winter. Oh how playgrounds have changed. Our stuff was dangerous. Especially the slides were so hot. 😅 beautiful neighborhood on fourth street. Lots of progress being made made there. That chili dog looks great actually. Wow 1936! Pretty cool. Lots of construction. We have so many apartments going in over here also. Crazy. Agree with you.

Looks like lots going on during the off season to get ready for summer. It’s neat that they recognize the older houses that have been around for awhile. The pink house was cool looking. Will be interesting to see what goes in the Ferris Wheel area. Thanks for all the updates.

Similar story all over...up here in PA too. Developments get thrown in any where there's an open space to squeeze into. Kind of a shame to not let a space just be a space.
