I too grew up in a household where swearing was off limits. My first f-bomb was stated when I stubbed my toe and then my hand got jammed by a door. The only thing that could relieve that pain was a swear word. Sometimes when you in pain that’s the only thing that can describe the feeling.

Looks great. I like the spring component (years ago I used to use my toddlers' bouncy swing mechanism as an isometric device!). I have seen 2 chain variants with individual handles (so you can work one arm at a time). Just one thing: I would think one of those big screw-in eye hooks would be more than adequate..rather than a bolt, though?

I use squats, lunges, etc as part of my daily movements. Don't walk up to something, bend over and lift it. Lunge towards it, grab it, and burst up. Yes, you may look weird. At 40, I don't care that I look weird to people in their 20s who are already complaining about getting old.

This is my first experience with this . Im disabled and my inactivity has distorted my body. I used to be a wrestler and was in great shape. Hopefully this is my new beginning to getting back to healthy. Thanks for the video. I made it through all of it doing everything you did

Started today 😄 Would doing cardio on rest days defeat the purpose of resting in between or am I just making excuses for myself because it’s hot and I can’t be bothered? 😅 I’ve been struggling with hip mobility and loss of leg strength since I moved to a bungalow a couple of years ago. Fingers crossed, I think the knee tucks might help with that 🤞

As a martial artist, I use Fingertip push ups to train to use techniques like the spearhand. But it has also helped recover damage caused at work from spending hours cutting bread.

That's me, I don't work out, I work physically, making every move I do like hauling materials around the garden, count, keeping a good form as I would do with an exercise. In addition, I do a couple of pull-ups or push-ups here, and there, or squats. All my workouts take less than ten minutes a day, and at fifty, I'm in great shape. My midsection could be better, I admit, but it's still very good.

My two favorite presenters!!! Just started going to the gym here, that plus quite a few simple changes that I’ve learned from both of you over the year(s?) now. Lemme know if either or both of you ever choose to visit Big Bend in Texas! My gift is finding the wildlife no matter the odds. Thanks again! :)

That's not just your conviction, that's a scientific fact. And it doesn't contradict getting up early either. All people need to do is to go to bed when the sun sets, between 8 and 10 PM most of the year, instead of watching TV or be on the computer or their phone. And I'm well aware that's easier said than done.
