    June 2024 - I've let my fitness decline since covid and barely leaving my house for 4 years due to my mental health. Really want to lose weight, tone up, build some strength. Searched KZread for How to do press ups. Find this guy first. 3 seconds in, I'm subscribed. This guys energy is great.     I love this so much honestly. He says and CORRECTS(myths in my society of the US) so many deep, and honestly mostly negative things. But he doesn't just correct oh no no good ma'am/sir. He makes them POSITIVE. With a dash of humour! Buddy you made my day

    Idk why but while doing wall pushups or any other pushup I don't experience wrist pain rather I experience shoulder and bicep pain Idk why? Is that a bad thing? Have my muscles sored?

    My finger grip strength used to be on point from being a mechanic for 25 years. Now it's kind of slipping cuz I feel the carpal tunnel coming

    I’m in this paradigm of feeling bad and then it disrupting my sleep, then it gets worse. Pain/ sleep/ mood cycle. I hope something gives soon. The anxiety and pain sucks.

    I sleep in a loose foetal position, on my side, with 2 pillows to protect my shoulders. I have problems with my shoulders, and side sleeping has only exacerbated the problems until I added a second pillow. My chiropractor said I should sleep on my back only, but this approach I use has taken me years to figure out and works INCREDIBLY well for me. I'm definitely going to add a self massage machine to my nighttime routine, too. I got my first massage recently, and it was AMAZING!!

    I make sure to drink and drive so I can get testosterone from the alcohol and my body knows it will be a struggle to survive

    I climb stairs on my toes with 5/8 of my foot floating... I'll hit calf raises when just walking up them is dull

    Put a small weight on the end of that, and spin it around in a circle to strengthen your neck and your core.
