Kind of wish that were a lemony lace elderberry to back the mangave. Though I do not know how big they get in your area to be a bright backdrop.

Hello, Garden Answer. I am having difficulty watching you thru KZread on my television. Starting Sunday the video is very grainy and patchy. It was fine on Friday. I can watch you on my iPhone and it is fine. Guessing it is a problem with me, but not sure what to do. Any suggestions?❤

I must admit, the dark leaves of the mangave against the light colored pot is beautiful. The placement is perfect. It stands like a sentinel among the other plantings. As nice a contrast as the lemon sedum is, the simplicity of the mangave alone is perfect. I always like to see what you plant those large black pots. I just bought a large obelisk at an auction. You have spurred my imagination and now I have an idea how to use it. Great video! The two of you are an amazing team!

I watch a video where the guy showed how he puts weather sensitive temporarily potted plants in a beautiful pot and and top it off with soil and compost. So when the time came to store inside, all he had to do is remove it, without disturbing the plant root. Clearly your Agave was root bound, but I think you could have put in a bigger junky pot and fit it nicely in your beautiful planter.

Oh Laura what beautiful urn and plant. Too bad the sedum didn’t fit. It would have been a great color divider. The elderberry and mangave are so similar in color. I truly look forward to every video.

the planters are going to be stunning.. i love guara, and so happy i found the pink one to add to my little drift out front... and that mangave! oh my word, with the black lace elderberry behind it, the colors are gorgeous.. and it's kind of a surprise twist in the structure of your garden.. it's perfection! i do love the lemon sedum next to it so hopefully that works out with the others you have to plant... what a fun day!! 🥰❤thanks for the video!! 🥰❤

What kind of flowers could you put around a 3 1/2 foot bubbler fountain in Northeast Alabama? We find if the flowers spread out too wide it interferes with water flow and it gets low on water too soon. We took it apart to made sure there were no leaks and it’s fine.

The 'Catch a Wave' Mangave is gorgeous! Seeing this mangave in that large urn in that planting area gives off vibes similar to Chanticleer Garden in Pennsylvania. Is this a plant you would be able to leave out in your garden through the fall/winter or does it need to be overwintered inside?
