  Great guest, and a real trailblazer. I’m now in my 60’s but when I was in school there was minimal careers advice, and it’s great to see younger women breaking through the barriers into traditional male dominated roles. I’m so glad there’s more possibility for young women now.

  Questions for Phil. What era of the SAS (or SAS campaign) would Phil have most liked to have served in? Sterling's originals in Northern Africa or Italy and France? Maybe the Falklands? And which era would he have least liked to have served in? I've heard Malaya and Borneo were both pretty grim. Alternative questions: If he could have taken part in any foreign special operation, which one would it be? And finally, if he had to remove any part of his selection course, what would it be, and what would he replace it with? Thanks for the video, and keep up the good work.
