Story 2: My younger brother works but he also has chores to do in our house but he refuses and as a bit of petty revenge I refuse to do my own chores which our mom hates but I just tell her that if my brother doesn’t do his chores then why should I do mine to which my mom replies “Well your brother has an actual job. All you have to do is chores because you have more free time than anyone.” So tell me, Am I the jerk?

story 4: See, the little detail that stood out to me most was when OP said "in the last few years, he's been giving me hugs". OP is 20, meaning the last few years would have been about the time she was fully maturing physically. So... as you developed physically, he suddenly decided to start giving lots of hugs? Simple, be naked in your house. Just keep a robe handy if you have a delivery. But then again you can't be shy about it. You have to make eye contact and act like you are fully dressed. Full conversation while naked and offer a snack or drink. Handing them an item as well would freak them out. Sit on surfaces as well. Places they sit often or touch often. It's the only was for them to put up a barrier themselves. They may demand you put on cloths or make accusations so have answers for each conceivable accusation ready to go.
