Story 1: To say that this fiance is awesome would be a MASSIVE understatement. Like seriously, the OP has an AMAZING person by their side. The mother and sister in laws are extremely out of line. by the fact that they want this relationship to break apart all because of a disability is disgusting. Like another level of disgusting. If my signifcant other had a disability, OF COURSE I would be there by their side. I'm not gonna dump them all because I see the negatives of it. That's the problem with these people here: They only see the negatives of this disability. For me, I'd be thankful that my signifcant other is STILL there with me. I mean, the OP could've lost his life in that car accident. I REALLY hope these two stay together.

Story 1: I am in a wheelchair but I am not nothing more than my handicap. I am a person, really, but many people don't even take their time to figure it out. Thankfully my husband did, when we married more than 27 years ago. And we are still going strong. But many not so polite and smart humans tend to pity him for having a disabled wife. He regulary becomes angry in those situations and his sarcasm should need an allowance to be used openly.😂

After a quad bypass and a stroke I helped my husband walk again because the hospital he was in said that it's not their problem, seems how our insurance company wanted us in a closer to home hospital for physical therapy and it took us almost a week to get there. So I started working with him that day till we got to the 5th hospital and they nurses at the new hospital were very impressed with the job I did with him. My so called sister called me and said that I needed to be up home cause our bio dad was in the hospital too needless to say I stayed with my husband.

Story 1: Like dude what the hell. Just because he got in an accident and has a broken leg, doesn't mean his fiancé needs to break up with him. To be honest, dude, picked the best person to marry. She basically told her mom and sister to f-ck off and shut up. Like you don't say "So when are you going to leave him?" Like dude, they are together, they are going to be together in the good and the bad. That's how a relationship works. Your half-sisters don't like you, like you said, so what would make her think they would want to share a day with you. Either way,. it's your choice if you want to do this, not hers. Story 4: Dude the managers need to back off a little bit. If the employees are doing their jobs that their getting paid for then they are fine. No one want to do even more work if they are getting paid for it. Also, tips are tips. They are for you and not someone else. You are allowed to take your tips with you and they can't do anything about it. They could get in trouble too. Either way, you should really try and take the new job. Story 5: Dude not one of these people. Your children are your children. Treat them the same. They all lived with their partners before getting married. Your only going for your daughter and not your sons. They literally did the same thing so treat them the same. Moral of the 1st story, NEVER be ableist! People with disabilities are NOT worthless, nor do all disabilities(if any) require them to be treated like they were admitted to a nursing home! If you make fun of someone who can't walk, expect to receive a wake up call when you find yourself in a wheelchair after a serious beating!

last story- i am the only girl out of the 3 older brothers i was raised around. yes they are half siblings, but boys are alway raised differt then girls in a sense it may not always be in this ways but thats why i see the double standard being there and most of the time even when a parent is comforted about it they are either blind to it or they play on your just our baby girl card or something completely differt because they are religious
