It’s really beautiful book! Thanks for sharing this amazing art!
Great review.
Cool stuff 🎉
What Laser do You use? What Laser are you most Excited about?
I've been looking at the XTool D1 Pro. Considered a clicker press but once you have your dies, that's it. You can't modify or change your design and you're stuck paying hundreds of $$ on a new set.
Why would you dye the back? After use the backs turn shiny and smooth. I don’t want the dye on my hair, personally.
You are totally welcome to not dye the back. :)
I recently got into leather work and I’ve started on the foundations. I’ve been doing it for about a year now and I feel like your content finally gave me the inspiration and self courage to start on more ambitious projects.
Good luck! Love to hear that. :)
Oh, i'm in Vancouver BC!
What is the punch you use for the belt ends??
A Crafttool Strap End Punch like this one: amzn.to/3zkvtqX
Hi there, love the video. What square feet of leather did you use for this project?
Just found your channel today, love what you do! About to go on a bench watch of your content. Also I love the way you’re just real and not like forceful with a fake excitement.
It's quite difficult to not try and be a bit more fake for the views. I think I'm a bit of a goofball so whenever that shines through that's me. Hahaha. Thanks for watching.
Was looking for a belt to make for my daughter and her friend. This is it. Where did you get the hardware.
🙏🙏🙏
Ok what about the outside? Do you put any protection on that?
Your work is very beautiful.
Awesome 🎉
Hi, I'm just looking for a laser which will engrave AND cut leather ( up to 4mm ) . Do you thing this will be the right one for me?
I was about to total boat counter top my counters this year. After finding this out I know now I’d be able to touch my drinking horn up at the same time. Dude you just saved me the hassle of continuously bees waxing my horn. Thanks sir
Blade is number 7?😊
DAMN!!!! I thought he was doing a whole body armor thing but I was honestly really surprised that the end product of gauntlet armor was stupid amazing. I give it: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hi I may be late to the party but I'm making similar lamellar for steel combat. I'm wondering what to use for the string holding together the plates? I don't want it to wear out and using gutted paracord may fray... please let me know! Great work, once I'm done I'll watch your videos for tips!
I see these videos and when they use their swivel knife their lines look bold, mine look really thin
Hey, love this video and concept. There is some real science here. Be proud of what you've made!
Man I'm gonna be the fanciest raider in the whole post-apocalyptic nuclear wasteland
I see you tested a lot of diode lasers. Which one is your favorite for cutting leather and why? I have been using an Ortur for a couple years now and I really like what it can do, but I hate what it can't. It is under powered I can't cut the thick leather no matter how many passes I use. I am waffling between the new falcon 2 pro and the X-tool S1. Which one would you prefer. Thanks
Stop to say anything is Viking. Tell this med fan belt please.
I'm sorry you said that the hardware was from Raymond who? I am looking for similar can you please advise.
You have Fiebings Resoline how finish?
slapchop painting your armour, haven't laughed so hard in ages! comedy gold mate, love your work
Trop de pub …. Dommage
Do you always need to snip the rivet? why not just buy shorter length rivets? And what tool do you use to snip them?
My drinking horns got left in the cellar when i lived in my apartment but now i've moved to a house and found out it's a very thick layer of white mold in it. Is there a way to save my horn from this?
I really like these type of videos. The thought behind the design I find really cool. Even the "it's cool looking" type comments are fun.
Thank you for this great video 🤓 Got my knock off strap cutter today and what a shit show. Manage to finally get the blade in and and get some practice straps that are usable. Your tips on starting and ending your straps are brilliant. These were the two issues I had. Big hugs from Nova Scotia 🤓
I made myself a belt! Not as good as yours but cool for me. Thanks!
Would this work for HEMA longsword?
Man i thought i will find here some easy hobby stuff but this son of a gun isn't a "wannabe hobby guy" he is full professional sh*t - real awsome sh*t!! ...mindblowing Full Respect
Mr. Dark Horse, I love this sporran pattern. It's incredibly user friendly! It has been a life saver since seemingly no one offers these elsewhere on line. WITH THAT BEING SAID, if you ever wanted to design a pattern for the hunting style sporran, I'd be the first to buy it. Thanks for your time!
If I wanted to put a couple coats of wood finisher on to color the hide before I put it on what would the best way of doing it in regards to letting the hide soak in water and it drying? I’m very new to this but I wanted to use a different color hide
i should be studying for tommorrow's history test on ww2...
The Fuckery and find out armor
Very cool. Working on learning light burn. I want to make the black armor that you have in the background some videos. Thanks for the info as always🤙
Can you cut it on the Falcon 2 ?
Too big sadly.
you mentioned that you linked what epoxy you're using but I can see no link to that, sad
Fixed!
Wife has a sty and doesn't want to go out looking like sloth.. so I'm making her look like one eyed Willy instead
Does not show you how to start the stitch.
Put the needle through the hole with thread on it. Once it's through, you in theory have a single piece of thread running through your project with a needle on both ends. That's it.
wow
