Any interest in me trying my hand at a more historically accurate shield build? These are made to last, but making one as close as possible to the originals could be a fun build.

very cool. Still trying to figure out what to source for the shield-boss.

More historical build would be awesome. Fabric or thin sheep skin on front and back will both be more historical and make the shield last alot longer 🤘 thank you for yet another great video. Your drawing skills are as alwayes an inspiration
There's a really cool way to avoid having to drill holes in the shield. If you use soaked hide and sew the ends together around the shield, then when it dries it keeps the tension. You have to soak the hide for like 2 hours, but it works great! Thanks for the awesome video!

That's an interesting idea. These are made for combat though and I'd be worried about how well it would hold up like that. Worth a try though.
Этот щит восхитительный❤ нам нужно больше щитов в вашем исполнении😊

Great video! Would definitely be interested in a historical version, though I probably wouldn't make one myself. Been getting back into archery lately and love all of the quiver designs you've made. I use the V1 quiver most often but I love how silent the V2 quiver is. Would you ever consider doing your take on a lotr ranger's back quiver?

Lol
Что один я вижу что рукоять щита развëрнута на 90% относительно плоскости, таким образом еë не удобно держать🧐.
