I love YYZ but I've always favored LA Villa. Sentimentally, Hemispheres was the first album that introduced me to Rush As a 14 year old, just learning the bass, Geddy, Chris Squire, Stanley Clarke, John Entwistle and John Paul Jones had such an influence on me. I wanted to learn how to bring the bass outside of the bottom rhythm role forward as a strong front instrument. These experiences have helped me in my playing.

Sounds amazing. I have the same exact piano. It's in beautiful condition but definitely needs miracle mod and tuning.
This is awesome. The tone of the guitar is so sweet! Great job!

I had to slow down to 25% just to confirm, you're sweeping down rather than alternating as your descending right? The way your ring finger flies out I got confused for a second, but I think you're economizing your attack just like Geddy. AWESOME JOB! I think you also have both pickups at 100%, right?
@jbrooks952 күн бұрын
If I recall correctly, this is just the neck pickup. In general, I rarely play with both at 100%. If I am using both pickups, I usually roll back the bridge pickup to 75%.
