I cried through this entire song. When I was 3 or 4 I’m 13 now but my brother who is 23 now has always loved to play the guitar he was self taught. We were out in our small summer house out in south Hampton in the summer and me and my brother rarely got along but we loved each other through music Floyd always brought the calm out in me. But it was late really late for me like 10:00 and I go into my room and there are two beds one for mule and one for my brother a small room but it is pitch black I walk in and lay down my brother with his 6 string in hand starts to play this song and we sang through it the entire thing after we didn’t say a word we just went to bed we never spoke of this to anyone but i never forgot it is one of my few amazing memories with my brother and now that o am old enough we talk more but he lives alone now and I rarely see him I love my brother and this cover brought me to tears. I don’t cry a lot my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer when I was in 3rd grade so I grew up super fast though she has since been rid of it and is cancer free I don’t go a day without thinking of it and worrying when I cry it means that something has either hurt me deep enough emotionally or physically this is the one thing that could emotionally make me cry and not sad crying but just of happiness and remembering Thankyou for making this you touched a heart without even intending to.
