That's right! It's the spice of life!
❤ Go Chanon 🎉
Thank you Toddy!!!
Just finished. Thank you! Came back to this video with light weights and no strength-strength training in mind. Intentions are completed and expectations met: low load GPP workout for easy or rainy days. Smart watch "biometrics" were the same as for walking, that's why "rainy days" :). This video reminded me 17th to early 20th centuries fitness topics. Those were the times when dumbbells where light, made of wood, and clapping (did for Delt Fly) one against another was a part of the game.
Yes what a great way to tailor this to your needs!!! Great work! I actually have a pair of antique dumbells like the ones you're talking about!
@@ChanonFinley Love the word "tailor" in this context. Extending my active vocabulary and exercise collection SUIT me very well :)
It was a great workout and i am happy because i did with your video, thank you from my heart.for me it was heplful!

Love it. Felt great!
Yay! So happy to hear it!
Great tip as always.
Glad to help!
Does it matter if theres a bit of weight in the stick/pole? I use a scaffold pole for this sort of thing, sounds a bit weird but nothing else to hand that would be suitable.
Not really, as long as you can comfortably maneuver and the stick isn't pulling you. 😉 Great work using whatever is available!
Came back to this video to ask how you handle the sticks and while typing the question, got the answer at the end: "shoulders down, stick the sticks actively to the floor". It's in my "stretch the legs" routine now, for the mornings after long rides. Thank you this details and generally for teaching with biomechanics knowledge in mind.
So happy to share! You'll find the full length guided workout is Day 1 of my Summer Stick Mobility Program for more in depth instruction!

Hey Channon! Its David, the 20 year old guy who asked about arm workouts a month back. I think I have surpassed you in arm strength 💪
Nice work!
@@ChanonFinley Thanks Chanon! Just to be sure, if I remember correctly your 1 rep max for single arm bicep curl is between 7 and 8 kg. I barely curled 8 kg dumbbell once yesterday for the first time. So, my arms have become stronger than yours 💪🤗
@davidmatz20 My max is probably between 10-12k. You're doing great work! Keep going!
My left hand is significantly more imbalanced than the other any suggestions?
That's pretty normal if you are right handed for the non-dominant side to be significantly weaker. Consistent practice and training to your weaker side helps reduce the imbalance. Perhaps you incorporate 1-2 additional reps on the weaker side of an exercise (as long as you maintain good form) to help build strength on that weaker side.
❤go go Chanon ❤
Thanks very much T! I appreciate you!
From my wrists to yours...thank you!
You're so welcome!
A great reminder that wrists need work too!
That's right!
Your a beast ❤great workout I'm going to need a few days to recover after this one😂

Im 53, overweight, and physically disabled, I can still touch my toes. Stretch, young bucks and does, you can get there with practice.
