We are focusing on compound exercises here to bring in daily movements to our strength training. We don't often think about perfecting our position before we move in life, so we're utilizing staggered stances and getting up and down to mimic the need to maintain balance and stability even when we aren't in the most favorable positions.
As always, listen to your body and modify or adjust as needed. Every day is different and your awareness of that is a win! Whether that means you slow each movement down, lessen the weight, or alter the exercise for yourself, you're showing up for yourself and that's what really matters! As you see, I have a 10lb and a 5lb club available for myself. Do what feels right for your body today.

Alt Corkscrew
Inside/Outside Circle to Deck Squat
Front Press to Flag Press (use 2 hands to modify)
