You can grow the pumpkin 'Lady Godiva' that has hull less seeds. Each plant can yield a total of 12 - 15 pumpkins at a weight of 5 - 10 lbs. each with up to 1 lb. of seeds apiece. Ferry-Morse carries these seeds and they cost $1.96/packet. Each ounce of seeds is 163 calories and 8 grams of protein. As am American I am eager to grow this plant which was developed from our native pumpkin. The pumpkins are attractive with light yellow skins striped with green and orange. Looking at the elder members of the Schalk farmers featured in this documentary I am struck by how youthful their skin looks. They must eat their product - oil and seed meal.

more than half of France are Afro-French people. I haven`t met any of them in the video. This means what? They are not enthusiastic about being at high levels, as I understand.

When tasting a food you’re mixing with your hands. NEVER taste test on top of the mixed food bowl. Don’t want your spit or food falling out from your mouth.

She mentions it's not done for profit, yet she uses the slowest method to dispatch them which ruins the meat... if she actually stood by her words the fish would be dispatched and bled before going into the ice at the very least brain them....
