Just made these and they are amazing. I used mixed berry muffin mix from dollar tree and did have to add just a 1/2 tsp more of sour cream as it was a 7 ounce package. I also put them in the fridge for 30 minutes before baking. After 12 minutes I brushed tops with milk and sprinkled with sparkling sugar and baked for 3 more minutes. These are delicious!! (I wish there was a way to add a picture)

I don't do anything easter, but I wonder if putting a couple of those plastic ice blocks covered with a paper towel (to help prevent slipping) under your tray, it might help keep them cold.

a batch normally makes between 35-45 balls, depending on the size of the balls, you can have on the countertop for 1 or 2 days, longer then that place in the fridge. enjoy!!!
