Shortbread made from cake mix? believe it! I will show you how to turn cake mix into shortbread, enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 orange boxed cake mix
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 cup of butter
Bake at 180 C for 20-25 min

    Brilliant. I've just made 2 batches of shortbread in the past week, using olive oil! It's awesome. I've got a random lemon cake mix that I've been meaning to do something with. I'm going to combine our recipes!
