Ingredients:
2 sticks of butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup white chocolate
1/2 crushed peppermint
Bake at 180 C for 10-12 min
