I found out that the HTC Vive pro 2 is on discount rn in my country.. And it costs 375eur.. Usually the price is 857eur.. I was wondering if it is worth it? and I've got another question aswell, I've heard that the controllers to it isn't very well made, and so I thought, is it possible to connect Valve Index controllers to it? Yes I know it has nothing to do with this video, I was just hoping for an answer, just from anyone really.. Thanks anyways

Wires on them are garbage, The head strap with the springs and the brittle plastic that can't handle stresses for more then a year garbage, Earphone swivels, Garbage, Giant head hurting knob in the back Garbage, fact you can barely fit eye glasses or clip prescription lenses onto properly without them sliding off constant sucks too. USB-C connectors on bottom of the controller detaching from main board are garbage too. All in all its ok graphically and does the job but price wise for how cheap and crappy the materials are its not worth its asking price. Valve knows this that is why you cannot Steam Review it even after buying it.

It should be noted that at least 2 of the named OEMs were formerly HoloLens WMR OEMs too. This seems like Meta just saw that MS did a booboo and took advantage to cement their software/market leadership and increase the overall VR ecosystem almost for free.

XR doesn't stand for extended reality it's X reality, where X can be replaced for any other format. It's the generic term. Spacial is just Apple branding trying say that they invented it by using a new term.
Bday coming up in 2 weeks, "Turning 33" On a budget... Cant decide between a Quest 3 or Steam Deck. Miss playing on VR Chat. But have no friends my age to play with. 😂😂😂 Though VR helps my anxiety a bit and stress levels while visiting worlds, especially on PC. I do miss movie worlds on VRC though, if VRC didn't get partnership with Google, those worlds wouldn't had gotten DMCA. Was a good place to hang with friends. Any new VR MMOs coming out yet? Been awhile. Afraid of buying from Meta and getting screwed off their site again. 😢I do enjoy watching movies and anime in VR tho. Sad I dont have a beafy PC for hard core VR games. lol. I miss Skyrim VR. Want to mod Fallout 4 VR so bad. lmao. Been playing both games lately. Fallout and Skyrim. :D I need to watch Thrill more, been a rough year. Moms been in and out of hospital, got collision with Amazon driver, etc. Got diagnosed with Cyst on a Pancreas. Family under allot of stress. Been one hell of a year. T_T I need a break. And a hug. 😢 Dr said couldve gotten diagnosed with cancer. She got lucky. Mom wants a Quest 3, What do you think Thrill? Someone decide for me. Lol. I do want to buy mom a Quest 3 after the hell shes been through. Like I said I miss VR, Thrill can you do a VR Video where VR Can help people with Social Anxiety? I want to prove this theory. If they build and make it affordable people will buy it definitely word of the mouth travels so if they build the oasis world and a suit that allows you to do anything and make it affordable plus they could even charge a month to month subscription to have access to the oasis world if they wanted but yes if they build it we will come for it

The Quest 3 is a very good headset, i went in with the quest 2 which was already a great experience but the quest 3 greatly improved the major flaws (extreme lense fogging, low resolution and lense "focus") that i had with the quest 2 and being able to use it standalone or with PCVR wireless is just great, though a bit pricy i can really recommend it if you got the penny for it 👍

their site says $279.00 for a pure haptic suit, which seems like incredible value to me! Of course the ease of which I can have the suit function with games becomes the real bottleneck for if I would go for it or not
I can bet that in the next 15 years we will have passed or gotten to the type of technology we see in Ready Player One
