1. make friends in my town or in the town i’m going to move to for uni 2. watch half of my movie list because i keep putting everything off 3. read 5 books 4. go biking at least weekly while i’m still in my town 5. go out more with my friends, go to the beach, bike & play volleyball 6. lose some weight and get back to 60kgs 7. look for an acting class and try to get in 8. find an english speaking friend to chat with and hopefully improve my speaking 9. pick up the guitar again 10. cut down on the sugar

I don't have much irl friends, I dropout from high school and it's already summer. I don't feel enjoyment from anything I do. I work, I exercise, I go out ( sometimes with that friends), I play video games, I go on vacations. I don't find a single enjoyment in anything. I only experience sadness, disgust and hatred. I'm trying to be positive and do things to enjoy the life, but I never actually lived. Strangers only disgust me and annoy me most of the time, so I don't speak to them. I don't believe in better future for me or anyone else. I don't care and I regret nothing, because there isn't nothing to regret really

It’s crazy how these actions were just normal actions that everyone does in the 90s and 2000s and even early 2010s. But now just eating at a restaurant or playing basketball with your friends is such a productive thing. Crazy how the internet ruined our lives.

Im a teen myself, and personally, i have a huge problem. I live in an apartment, not easy to meet friends or go outside since im inside the city. Days feel very boring and I feel a very big emptiness inside. I do not know what to do and feel like im wasting my life. I wanna do stuff but im unable to. This video has helped me a lot but I am very exclusively doing things inside my house and rarely out of it.

the problem is, when you keep doing new things, they stop being "new", atleast to me, when every day is different, it all becomes the same ive done this long before i watched your video, explored stuff near my house, found a lake like a 30 minutes cycle away, im currently going to the gym and trying to learn the guitar (i had quit after covid came), ive done a lot, i can definitely do more but it feels like its losing its charm

I am personally drained by routine. Still, having to write out every single thing I do every single minute seems more like a nuisance than a delightful experience. Like, why would people care that I cooked my strawberry butter toast at 12:51AM GMT 2+? My sleep schedule is soooo messed up in fact, some nights I don't sleep at all, and sometimes I sleep up to 15 hours. Probably because of the heat. I still don't binge watch pointless content on social media but discover various interesting topics to learn about Also, what would you suggest as an alternative for going to the gym? And about travelling independently? Because, yk, parents exist

Sounds awesome. For the first pull up what I did was jump while holding the bar and try to slowly hang my way down. Try to do the opposite of a pull up

1. Discover some places in the Iberian peninsula where a story I'm writing takes place 2. Get a YA book in Spanish 3. Try out a new way I've thought of to make a comic about two of my characters' backstory 4. Draw out my experiences in my tiny notebook For when I get back: 5. Focus on a character who's chosen the career path he never enjoyed since he couldn't get into art school, his ex who never went to university and learned design by himself and started working in a year or less, and another character who wanted to do something about science, especially Chemistry but ended up teaching history as a native in an IB school. (temporarily) 6. Then journal down my own feelings on which major to pick: IE and having an advantage to become a Patent Engineer or ID and I'll never much have to worry about math again and learn about something I actually like and care about 7. Write an article about Instagram, Cara and AI for my mom's website to raise awareness and further explore the issue (it's a topic very related to her job),
