I'm actually doing something similar, except it's my hair growth. I've been thinking about taking pictures every day after going to the gym to track my progress. Just being able to look at my old self and see how much I've improved really motivates me to keep going.

I am a member of a like-minded club on Discord. This server has really changed my life and my lifestyle. Before joining this server I used to just play video games, scroll reels, waste time on yt shorts. But I have changed myself a lot. I had no one to talk to, I always feel lonely among people because I am afraid to talk to someone. In this Discord server you can talk to anyone, express your thoughts, you can improve yourself, you will find supportive people here. After watching Timofey's videos I improved myself a lot. I found a platform to talk to someone on Discord. And these things changed my life...
