When I'm in a conversation I never judge their words or think they're weird. Yet I always overthink about what I'm saying. I'm gonna try to start being more open and stop censoring myself because they probably don't judge either

Alot of people judge. Its normal. But aware of what others mind set and intentions. I can tell you people are very werid these days they do werid things ...

@@Abellanicole that's true, but I'm lucky since I choose to not surround myself with people like that. From my own experiences, just yesterday, people were a lot kinder than I expected. I think that when I'm thinking about how the situations awkward or something they're also thinking the same thing. In a weird way it becomes not awkward if I'm aware of how we both feel

I deleted my social media (all i have is KZread and Pinterest) and have been using my phone so much less and I'm literally so much more happy than I've ever been.
