I just LOVE being a teenager.its the best feeling ever!💗 Being a teenager is just only 2,556 days so sleep in, go to that party, kiss that boy, sneak out, let your hair down, dye your hair, sing loud, brake the rules, get caught, dance in the rain with your besties, skip a school day and go on adventures and live everyday of your life like you are gonna die today and fall in love with feeling alive again because no one looks back to the day when they got a ton of calmness/happines. No. They are gonna look back where they felt alive again!💖 you are worth it and smile more! It looks good on you! And life is short. Being young is even shorter so go and do something fun! I'm a teenager and I love when I can feel that childlike curiosity and motivation to just go to the forest at sunset, climb a tree and read a book. There are a lot of interesting and for me undiscovered things that I can do outside. Explore a nearby lake, watch bugs in the forest or relax in a spring meadow. I don't feel so much like a weirdo after this video. I appreciate your creativity and honesty, which is not commonplace today. ( And I apologize for my possible mistakes, my English is not yet at the required level😅 )

I'm 19 so i'm still a "teen" i work to sustain myself and study... but i work in a kindergarten, and there i'm still a kid aling with theese toddlers , immersing myself in play and laughing along at the simple things. It's quite nice to be a child.

I actually started doing this kinda where I just go on my bike and take a different paths everytime, it's just a fun chill time And the kid energy thing is very true, I have a friend that has a ton of kid energy, we could all learn from him

I go to my dads each weekend and he lives in the country in the woods, I never really thought much of it until the past month, I’ve started going on the trails in the woods, to just explore, even though I’ve been in there before, it always feels so wonderful to just go outside and explore and have some freedom, it may sound silly but I sometimes will imagine myself as an animal and just go off the trails and into the more wooded parts, I feel so much more aware of my surroundings and it’s so calming to hear all the noises in the woods. I truly recommend more people to just go outside, listen to the sounds of the animals, breeze, trees, rain, whatever you can hear, whatever you can see, whatever you can feel, and get to be more aware of your surroundings and yourself, it can be such a wonderful feeling, just loving your existence and understanding how lucky you are to just be here. ❤ Have a lovely day or night, I’m going to go outside now.❤

I saw your video about making your day better and it was inspiring, im 16 and kind of depressed, lifes just been hard recently. I love running but my knees have been injured for the past 9 months and Im in PT but im loosing some hope. Me and my friends are also drifting apart and that lonliness has been really hard to deal with. But last week I was walking around the lake and I saw this old woman just sitting on a bench looking at the water apreciating the sun and the birds and the people walking by, I was just walking to get outside listening to springsteen and just decided to sit down same as she, just look around see the world, nature and the people and it was the best ive felt in a long time, I was a little bored but I felt ok. I know im spiraling down spending time at home playing video games and watching youtube because I dont know how to make plans with my friends, Because of what you said though Im going to introduce myself to someone who I think I would be friends with and see where it goes, even if we just end up playing video games together that be better than me playing alone. Im scared out of my mind but like you said Ill regret it and I need to step out of my comfort zone, nothing ever improved for me before without me being brave and taking a risk. Thank you so much

hey timofey i have watched like three videos of yours and i just realised ur 16. im not so much older than you, im 18 and i just started realising what life is really about. its really mature of you to start developing your life at this age, since boys our age are acting like 6-year olds honestly. im sure there are grown ups that really have so much to learn from you. im purely so so so happy for the way your feeling and thinking. i also wanted to say that its such a huge step to create a coaching program at this age, and i understand how brave you were to make that step. i personally don't have the financial opportunity to join, but i know you're going to succeed so much in this. thank you for being who you truly are

Gosh, this is like my 2nd comment on youtube(i guess?)..i dont really comment on anyone's channel actually(idk why lol)..but..i just wanted to..on this one, like I've only watched 2 of your videos and i realised how stupid i was..I've been forcing myself to follow a rigid schedule and i dont have time for going outside..NEVER. I dont even remember the last time i went out in the park thats literally not even 5 minutes from my home..and the fact that you're i guess 16, goddamn im literally 15(gonna be 16 soon) yet ive never really thought about if i actually feel *true* happiness? I'd say not going outside is my choice because ive severe social anxiety but.. I'll try to improve, Thanks alot!🥺
