Welcome to the channel! My name is Johnny and I'm here to share my story! After leaving a successful job in Corporate America and starting my own video production company, I decided building a bus to travel the country would be the next best step! Seeking a life filled with less things and more experience is what I'm about. I have aspirations to live my late twenties and beyond in places I could have never imagined all while meeting some cool people and sharing some great adventures together along the way. I want to show you guys the transformation in both the bus and my life and how you too can make this life a REALITY too!! Subscribe below!

your livin da american dream !!!
did this thing not have a frame?
Can relate. After 14 years my spouse & I have split up. Even though we know it’s for the best, it’s extremely painful. I’m absolutely heartbroken. I’m so sorry you’re going through it.
Some school buses are shuttle buses. Fairly common actually.
Can you flip the windows so the slider openings are at the bottom?
What's model and make of your shuttle bus?
What was your roof made of? I expected fiberglass on mine but i sanded down, never found fiberglass and just found the wood
I worked in the engineering dept for ElDorado (15yrs) until closed bout 2.5 years ago. I also have a skoolie, if you got questions about your shell I can answer, just not electrically.
I learned two exceptionally interesting things. The lighter weight and the increased interior height of a shuttle bus.
Best door video
Nice job, thanks for your inspiration.
Awesome design! Do you have a video of the final conversion?
Details on the captains chair? Especially the swivel set up, did you just use an off the shelf swivel plate?
I have a saggy ceiling too. How did you secure the wood to the ceiling and what jacks did you use? I want to support the ceiling without posts on the floor if possible (for party bus)
How are you connecting the wood to the ceiling? And what jacks are you using? My ceiling is sagging from water damage:/
Yeah that's all you need to do is wipe out on a mountain bike and not be able to work on the bus 😮
Aha! Just saw that sparkle of confidence back in your eyes 👍 yall deserve it
Just imagine a church carrying it's people on there 😳
Yep. Your mood changed after you got under that thing. Same here 👋🙏 😮😮😮 I can't believe that frame didn't hit you! Yep. This and the next one are what I'll most likely be looking at.
Corona Edition 😂 is that why you lost your 7th video 😅 For those watching this a small squirrel cage blower would clear the air quickly when you need to pull your mask off. Open both ends and face it out the back. Won't take but a couple of minutes. Luving yalls build!
All those brooms. Yep 😮 it was a witches bus! 😮😮😮
I'm going to binge watch your videos 🤗🥰 I just found your video on welding in a new floor last night and that's the same exact problem with my "church" bus. I was amazed that you weren't totally overwhelmed in the video. Of course I haven't watched the 2 before so maybe these are the ones you screamed and cursed and cried in 😂 I don't think I'll ever ride a church bus 😬 You two did an amazing job! Thanks for sharing.
Shux you need me to build you a killer shower and I need you to help me fix my rotted floor 😁 Is this the same bus yall fixed a rotted floor in? Also may I ask how long your interior space is from back of driver seat?
Wow I'm heartbroken seeing this. I found you guys last night in your 3 year old video replacing rotted floor in your bus. YOU DID AN AMAZING JOB! I just got a 98 E450 V10 IN. THE. VERY. SAME. SHAPE. I Need You! Come here young man 😂 I'm going to go thru all your videos looking for hope for my bus. I KNEW BETTER and let a Pastor keep me from looking under the bus. It was so cheap I would have taken it with a lot of rust just to convert and move to my land to live in. I'm in a bad place and looking for refuge. By the time I had seen my bus was just like yalls all of my hopes and dreams went *poof* before my eyes... until I saw your video last nite. What you did there gave me hope and I'm crying now because of it. Thank you both 😢 I'm certainly a new subscriber and now have to go see your most recent video to see how you're doing. Mostly... because you gave have me hope. Thank you and Bless you both 🙏❤
Those cysts are common among long distance drivers when u r sweating alot...they are gruesome..ive had it...show up overnight...i was 19
Thank u ..very helpful
Kinda weird that the joists are laying wide instead of tall. Are there no support issues?
Majority of US school buses are aaluminum bodyl
😢
This video is important. Thank you for posting it. We all need to see the realities that are eventually overcome to know that it will be brighter looking back…
Great video! We just got an International 3400, 27 feet bumper to bumper.
Are your hinge pins exposed on the outside? Luke 9:62
You are such a sweet person. This bit of sharing affected me. I got misty eyed and choked up. Bless both of you and your dogs.
Does this particular size require a CDL?
Doing this tomorrow on my 22 passenger bus plus replacing the ceiling
naw
Did you only have to buy one kit for the whole bus? Starting mine this week! Beautiful work
Hey bro. Great video. I’m at this part in my build. Quick question: what’s the name of that skim metal piece mounted on top of the bottom wood piece ?
I watch your all video your so cute 😳
How are you bro 😛
Hi
Sure hope you jump back into your venture soon. Anxious to see your progress.
Where do you park it to sleep and stuff
I just found your video online when I was looking for a smart solution for the rust I just discovered today in our Bus. We have a C4500 and we are converting to a Gaming Bus and we discovered a shiiiii!!! Load of rust today in the walls metal bracing and now I am nervous to find out what lies beneath the flooring.... So what did you use or do for the welding job. Like what are some tips?
How do yoiu keep the slides in the locked out position so the seat/bed doesn't slide back and forth?
Do you have a sketch with the demensions of the drawer/seats you made?
Just here to get a glimpse of the idiot that let you get away 😎🤣
A pilonidal cyst I assume? Going through the same myself, I’m post surgery, currently recovering. Terrible stuff 😓
I'm just curious, what paint did you guys use? I have an old fiberglass shuttle bus that needs to be painted also.
Well...I think he froze to death 😲 RIP
