I really want to bus like this. I like the shuttle bus over a school bus too. Especially for traveling around.

I will add the same back splash that's near your sink to that blank wall near the same side of wall .Then it would be poppin .Oh yeah, a little copper spray paint color on your already copper cabinets in the center .just so they would be the same shade of copper as faucet and handles .I got more ideas but I'll save um for my own .

Hey Johnny, just benched all your vids 😁Very nice job on filming & building from scratch to alsmost completely done for someone without the experience of doing work like this. Kudos on that, really !! I even joined 'Instagram' (and I pretty much dislike all that social media stuff) to see where you were heading and perhaps even being able to give some mental support if possible. Looks great Johnny! I love that backsplash too!! You were talking about the coffee bar maybe also functioning as a stand-up desk; I think if you set the cutting board over there it will bring the height up to a good spot for you to set up your laptop. Question: was it aesthetics that led you to have a cutaway on the upper portion of your fridge? I can see the hinges in a nice neat rectangle. Cant say I would have chosen this. My fetish is for invisibility! Everything “clamped” out and hidden. Or was there some other consideration? Thanks! Love your channel and it’s already been very helpful for my build.

Glad you’re enjoying the channel Leslie! Having the fridge the other way would not have allowed me to open the lids all the way and I would have still had to cut access holes to get to the latches and ventilate the compressor. This is definitely the better of the two directions it could have faced in my opinion.

@@MilesOSmiles What you possibly still could do is make a small frame (as you did with the top cabinets) with a slit of about an inch and cover it, on the back side, with the same metal design-flowery-paterned-thing, that opens up towards the top. That way there is ventilation but no open space. Just a thought.
