  As a Pastor you need to dig deeper about other practices. In scripture the Bible says if you deny the Son you deny the Father. Allah is not a Father and he doesn’t have a son. Therefore we do not serve the same God. It’s really truly that simple. Much love❤!

  I should’ve been on this panel. As believers it’s important to study other belief systems. Christians and Muslims do not serve the same God. There is a lot of double minded ideas in the Quran about the Bible. The Quran confirms the previous scriptures by the Gospel and the Torah. But the Bible is corrupt at the same time why would Allah affirm corrupted literature and where in history in the manuscripts of the Bible or Torah was corrupted?

  One earns respects through their deeds and treatment of others. We respect elders because they have walked before us, but like their old age it is a privelage, not a right. To claim it as a right tells me that these elders have missed the point entirely, and to further claim that "it is their turn" is sad as it only tells me that they were never genuine, even when respecting their own elders. To demand respect and to command respect is not the same thing. It would be wise they learn the difference between what is required, and what is appropriate.
