Take all the equipment and tech away and you're left with the grunts, and Russia's pathetic attempt at taking a much smaller country has shown the value of a well trained and disciplined fighting force, e.g. how many ships has Russia lost to Drones and yet how many missiles etc have the Houthi's fired at RN ships ?. I believe a high ranking Russian official once said the UK has the best light infantry on the planet !. It's a pity the muppets in Whitehall and downing street aren't of the same caliber as those in the British Forces.

I’m sure that young Captain hopefully does not believe what he is saying but has to because it’s being pushed by means out of his control,, I managed 14 years in an infantry battalion and shouting and balling was standard, I would say that in my personal experience it set me up for after Army life as I still have some Rsm telling me to get a grip and work hard

Ugggh this is a terrible idea, I was in the Canadian militia (yes it was called that once) in the mid 80's and what made it fun was getting yelled at comically and even getting kicked in the ass :) bring back the 80s
