  The thing is my hair is very curly,long,thick,frizzy,and knotted everytime I try to straighten it like that, it just becomes frizzy and poofy

  395 degrees, 17 seconds. 3 curls on bottom 5 curls on the tops. -try and get as close to the root -hold longer for a defined curl

  I have to admit this right now, I am 19 years old, I have NEVER curled my hair before, my mom always does it with her barrel with clamp iron and it always scares me, even when I was little, I have a fear being burned especially since I witnessed someone’s skin being burnt and like falling off, sorry very graphic, and I never curled my hair, I always straightened it, when I saw this curler I was EXTREMELY hesitant about buying it but I did, I curled my hair for the first time today and it was hard to get used to and my hair looked like crap and the curls weren’t that good, seeing you do your curls and parting your layers by upper and lower helps me and now I can try this method tomorrow! Your tutorial was AMAZING! Much better than the one by Chi!!! Thank you for making this video, extremely helpful and I can’t wait to update everyone on my progress!!

  Girl I also highly recommend getting a diffuser attachment for your hair dryer it’s meant for drying curly hair and it doesn’t make it frizz at all!!
