  I know this video is old but this was very helpful since I hadn’t used my wireless mic yet. I have a video I have to shoot and I was freaking out that I didn’t know if I could get good audio apparently I got the bundle with this mic.

  I like your comparison to having an older drone with less flight time. I remember with my Mavic Air, if I had to fly out a distance for a subject, there was so much planning to ensure that, a) I would make it to the subject at the right time to capture what I needed, and b) have enough battery to capture what I needed. Even hanging around for 30 seconds waiting for the subject would make you feel those precious seconds. Then getting a Mavic Air 2 I was like "well, now I've finished that, what else can I do with my remaining battery?"

  I dont care when people talk to me. In fact i dont mind it at all. I can multi task. I just educated a mother with 2 kids tonight on drones. let them check it out hovering and everything. Education is key. Standing alone and not saying anything to someone who approaches isnt what i usually do. If i want to fly alone i have spots. And im in the USA so we can basically free for all. WE stand with these moderate size buzzing things with cameras, of course people are gonna wonder! Duh!

  I've had my 3 drone batteries stuffed in the charger for about 3 years, they're perpetually charged straight after use and stored full. Zero problems. Then I bought one from Amazon and it bloated after 2 charges, couldn't return it because they don't take returns.

  Thanks for this great video. I have problem please. I bought a need mini 2 dji and started using it but i got with alot of busy stuffs for 2months and the battery of my drone got discharged completely. When i came back to charge through the drone it was not charging any more. So i need help to recover the battery please.. Ps i dont have a charger

  I inherited a DJI mini SE drone. I've been watching videos here on KZread and reading through the manuals educating myself as I prepare to make my first training flight. My question is regarding the charging hub and what the LED lights mean. The package I inherited came with three batteries. When I place any of the batteries in the charging hub, I get red "blinking" light(s). If I unplug the charger, the LED goes to blue. I haven't a good explanation of the charging hub anywhere. Do I have bad batteries? Is the charging hub bad? Am I not charging them long enough?

  I kept my battery in battery storage fully charged. I check it after watching your video and they are at around 75%. Not sure if they fix it by now.

  Dont bother getting this in 2024. this mic can literally only be connected to the pocket 2 . its a waste of hardware if you cant connect it to anyt other device

  "Use the official DJI charger"... Yeah right. That doesn't even sell in Sweden and comes with the wrong plug if I wanted to order from abroad. Stuck having no clue which charger to use. Lol. Great video btw. Super useful! (not sarcasm) haha

  I know, this video is a bit older, but just a small hint. I have a Mini SE, I store my Batteries in the Charging Hub and the Auto Discharge function works in there. So this is no longer a problem, at least for the Mini SE Batteries.

  So....who would know your Drone was overweight by a few grams. I could put decals on, that would put my mini 2 over 249 grams, but who would know. I would not register just due to the battery slightly heavier. I would operate under 'it is only illegal, if you get caught' Like a 251gram drone is so much more 'deadly' than a 249. The decided weight of 249 is ridiculous in the first place. Should be sub 300 gram. That way you start with 250 add a few accessories and no worries.

  So getting the larger batteries means you have to register the drone? What else does it trigger? Are there additional tests one must take now? Any money one has to spend to get a license or something? If this is so then I don't know how important the extra 10 minutes is compared to everything one must do because of the extra weight.

  Thanks so much was having multiple problems buying an extra HDMI dongle when I actually just need a separate HDMI port dongle.
