Thanks for the video. I've ordered the Mini 3 Pro and RC. I have copied the DJI list of recommended microSD cards for both units. Thanks for the tip on where that info lives. Would you discuss how the memory is used in both units and the preferred methods to download photos/videos to a PC and an iPad Pro for further editing? I have Lightroom CC and Photoshop on the iPad and Lightroom CC, Lightroom Classic, and Photoshop on my PC. Does the USB-C connector handle file transfer? Thanks - Scott

Ive been recommended 64gb multiples but I usually get 256gb should I just get many 128gb cards what do you like to use / Carry around I know some people that use 512gb because it's easier to not worry about the card

SD cards can and do go corrupt so I tend to go with a few 128Gb cards for my Mini 2 rather than one high storage capacity card. The same multiples story goes for ISO in the photography world (if you believe in such things). 100, 200, 400, 800 etc

Hey everyone , first of all great video thanks for these advices ... Now i have a prolem with my drone , i bought an SD card with enough writing capacity for my drone (140 mb/s while my drone only asks for 120 to film in 4 k) but still ,when i take off , i get a message saying that " my SD card writing capacity isn't enough for 4 k " did this happenned to someone and does someone Knox How to fix it ? Thanks ! ( I'm french sorry for the faults :)

YOu need a higher powered card that the drone can write to.

Does the DJI Mini 2 use some space in the microSD capacity of the system? if I look at it, it takes about 18 GB, so my remaining storage is only 238 GB out of 256 GB.

No it's the card firmware I think. Try formatting it completely and see what you get.

I always head in at about 20%. It depends how far away the drone is, but rule of thumb is always add in extra time, just in case.

It's just not worth scrimping on an SD card - just go for the best you can afford.

Again do not buy the nano plus unless you want a very big headache and a very pissed off frame of mind when nothing wants to work or you crash land it because the bottom sensors aren’t enabled.

Hurts I still haven’t got my refund Australia Post finally when I sent them a picture of the package rang me straight back and said they’re on the case this week it took 2 1/2 weeks for them to even recognise they delivered it to the wrong address. As for SD cards it’s amazing how cheap they’ve got except for the big boys when you get up to a terabyte you looking at big dollars. i just stick with the 128s. I’ll be heading up Bathurst in between March 28 and April 8 is when my mates available so I don’t care if I’ve got a lie on the back seat of my car on the way up it’s gonna be done before he goes back to Mongolia. When I’ve got the footage and edited it I’ll have to let you see the end product I’m not great at editing though but the pictures and video should be good enough. Will have to find out a way to get it to you I ain’t posting it on KZread. I don’t have the money to get a license so I can’t post anything that they can come back at me and say I’m making money at it.

im using for my gorpo the SanDisk Extreme 128 GB microSDXC- A2 160mgb ps 90.0 disc speed i can use this one for my dji mini 3 pro too right? theyve told me its the best one for recording etc.
