I know it's dead light and costs summat like a half decent second hand runabout for dyneema but I couldn't sleep in a semi see-thru, flappy, plaggy bag looking tent. I'd rather carry the extra pound or 3 for a proper one. Strong, light but shite if you ask me.

Class that mate 👏👏, funny as , I camped further down and the same happened to me, all nice and clear and then the gusts came, 3 in morning moving tent in boxer shorts to behind rocks lol not innomimate tarn, it was the one before it mate, camped there because great view of great gable, I stayed in dubs hut one night and not good , supposed to be haunted, heard all sorts, take care fella

This just shows how quickly the conditions can change and it frightens me to death. I wouldn't have the trust in my gear to risk pitching exposed like this so I stick to the sheltered areas as much as I can. Until I can upgrade my tent of course. Imagine this at 2am 😂 my tent would be left there until the following day. We'll done making it through the night, great video showing how things don't always go as planned.

I’ve done the other end, high stile , high crag and Red pike. Red pike is a very interesting climb. Amazing views from the top, Lovely tarn just below it too.
