Black Pudding rocks! IMO the best ones have large pieces of white pork fat in them, but almost all are good.

Another cracking series Liam, and congratulations on completing the West Highland Way 👍 We stopped off at a campsite on the east shore of Loch Lomond for a couple of nights and climbed Ben Lomond recently on our trip to the Isle of Skye. It was good to recognise areas that you passed through. A stunning area, that trail is definitely on my list!

Can't wait to smash into this. I saved it for a time when I could watch it without distraction! Popping a beverage and kicking up my feet watching you do all the work.

Welldone! . I've done several Caminos and I did the WHW two years ago. The WHW was my favourite 😍

Well done Re your foot pain Liam you would be wise to do calf raises a few times per week, you can do them anywhere plus roll each foot out over a dense ball or tennis ball and try and locate any painful spots and just apply pressure and roll in all directions. Thats basically Reflexology and also cold water dips. Look after your feet mate. If you look at a Reflexology chart you will see that there is a trigger point on the top of your foot that if you apply pressure it will ease cramps and if you feel a niggle it could be a sign of dehydration too. You can buy yourself a set of balls from Decathlon , you are still a young sprog mate but it really pays off to look after your feet no matter what your age and it speeds up recovery ATB

Really gotta "tell ya off" - sometimes ya go to near to the edge when ya up the mountains - Please don't! I know of 2 men lost their lives due to the sudden gusts of winds, its not worth it Liam, not for content on YT. I prefer fruit pudding instead of black pudding. But now I am a vegetarian, both off the menu. I love Glencoe bagged a few of the wee hills to the right of the valley cant remember the Gaelic names. After the enormous lunch I would have slept it off that took perseverance to over come the urge to sleep mate😂
