I've done this route and even grabbed water from the same place. Had a bit better weather for it than you did though.

Ran round this the day after the OMM got cancelled due to 100mph winds. Think it was 08 or 09? Lovely running up there. Didn't have a name other than the full Coledale back then.

Hi Liam. Love watching your videos and love your style. However, I have to take issue with you on this one: The made paths (e.g. the one coming down Sail) are there to prevent erosion on some of the most popular routes in the Lakes. These should be used at ALL TIMES and by EVERYONE in order to preserve this magnificent landscape. Otherwise, keep up the very entertaining work 👍

Does anybody remember when they made monster munch small for ten minutes? They changed them back to large, but the idea was to fit the whole monster munch in ya mouth at once.

Love your video's, but as an active seventy two year old who grows his own food, your food intake, is not one I would reccomend.
