Next time try chamfering the top of the legs making them less dangerous for children and you may like the astetics as well

6:30 minutes into the video ---> Anti fog: cheap store brand shaving cream/foam. Same main ingredient as anti fog spray for a fraction of the price, and you get a lot more.

Haha good eye 😂 one of my other ones petered out so I needed to buy a new one and wanted to try the Hart drill! We love it. Very similar to Ryobi as far as feel goes… and cheaper 😅😂

$60 before this inflation 😂. I love it though. Thinking about going to get some wood and build one. Few years back built some patio chairs and EVERYONE keeps asking me where I bought them, then I tell them I built them, and then they ask me to build them a set 😂. But I seriously do want to give this table a go. I have an empty spot on our patio that needs something.

That’s not suitable wood for outdoor use, it will rot

If you add enough outdoor paint, it will last. I built few chairs from construction lumber few years back, coated them in every crevice. I do shed them during winter, but no sign of any rot. I actually had to replace few boards on the kids playset that was treated wood, but these chairs still look new. Obviously if you chip the paint you have to make sure you touch it up immediately. If you weren't going to protect them, yes you are correct, but if you protect it, your all good.
