We Built Whitney's New Desk!
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Hey friends!
Today I am sharing a project Ashley came over and helped me with! It was so much fun shooting videos together again. I am converting my dining room into an office/playroom and therapy room for Jed and I. The first piece of this project was building my desk. It turned out so cute I will be building two matching towers for each side as well… With Ashley‘s help! 😏😉

Congrats! Its great to see the team back! Looking forward to more great build videos! Blessings!
Great simple and inexpensive project. And it looks great in your space.
So fun to see you! Im going back a while to the huge island you did for the alverez family.... goodness, i didnt realize what it was at 8 1/2 foot ! How spectacular! Wow girls...
Great build and timely for me as I need a new desk. I am looking at the plans and I think that they could be modified into a set of drawers for craft supplies. Certainly sturdier and better quality than you can buy. Great seeing you both together again in a video. Keep inspiring us.
Great video!!! Desk looks great
I missed your posts. They really make things seem easy and I love building these items
Freaking AWESOME ❤!!! I love that both of you are working together on this. The desk is amazing. This is my next project 😊 Thank you ❤

Thank you Sarah!❤️
I have to laugh at the first blooper...ME ALL DAY!!!! I just built the Pew Bench Table for my office and I swear those pocket hole screws being screwed in do NOT like the bit. So many gouges I had to fill in. HAHA I may build this desk for my daughter. It will be perfect for her space. Great work!
You two do an amazing job. I love wood work.

Thank you Karen!😊😊
That’s an awesome desk I was wondering if I can put a request for a project. Dry bar with barn doors with space for beverage refrigerator.
Beautiful piece! Might have to give it a try tomorrow!

I bought 3 2 by 4s this week and they were £8.97 each! Prices aren't coming down in Britain yet. Awesome build Guys.
Glad to see yall again! Can you tell me what that handy piece is you have your Kreg Jig sitting on?
So happy you are back together!!! Did you have to give up your new shop? 😢
Ladies you should make an outdoor office shed. With all the work and school from home space is very limited :/
Oh Thank God you guys are back together!!! I know Ashley was reading how my comments to your videos were better Whitney!! I freakin kill myself. Legit, I am glad to see you guys back in action. Desk is very cool. Hoping all is well, Dirty Jersey out!!

Hellyeah THATS so cool and great work you two are the best !
Can you use any kind of white paint? What would you recommend?
Love all your videos! FYI: the cut list says just qty 1 for 2x4, but it's actually 2 (had to run back to the store! :) ). Also, if anyone can help... the 2.5 pocket screws were too long, poked out the receiving board by about a half inch! I did have the right setting on my jig for the size...any ideas? Are the plans wrong or did I do something wrong? (I switched to 1.5" screws and they worked fine.)
Hello Ladies, what about the desk top? I don't see anything on the plans about the top. Thank you!
Pretty desk, but to small for studying :D
